Symmetry Elevators & Lifts Industry Leading Elevator Warranties

Symmetry Elevator products are covered by an industry leading 3 year limited warranty. The elevator warranty covers defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service.

The warranty applies to the original purchaser only. The warranty card must be returned within 30 days from the date of original purchase in order for the warranty to go into effect. The Symmetry product is required to be maintained and inspected a minimum of two (2) times per year by an authorized Symmetry dealer.

The warranty agreement is between the end user and the Symmetry Dealer who installed the product. Please contact your Symmetry dealer directly with any elevator warranty questions.
